Ronald H. Zirkel, CPA, Principal, has extensive experience working with clients in the various sectors of the manufacturing industry including manufacturers, distributors, importers, exporters, fabricators, assemblers and light industrial companies. Mr. Zirkel is passionate about working with his clients to improve their profitability which is why he invests the time to know their business, operating procedures and the value of data supplied by their management reporting systems.

As an expert in providing proactive services to manufacturers, Mr. Zirkel works with his clients to ensure that they are operating within budget and on schedule. These consulting services include: activity-based costing and management systems, analysis of costs vs. estimates, budgets and sales forecasts, cash flow projections and analysis, cost-based accounting systems,  cost containment and management systems, fixed and variable overhead analysis, just-in-time manufacturing systems, internal control  procedures, industry benchmarks/vital signs reports, operational reviews and pricing strategies. In addition, he has assisted companies with the financial aspects of their business plan, executive compensation and incentive plans, as well as equity financing and debt restructuring.

Mr. Zirkel has developed a workpaper reporting model which has become an industry benchmark.  As a recognized trainer in all facets of accounting and auditing, Mr. Zirkel has created a unique series of training modules, which prepare accountants and auditors to succeed in their professional careers. His innovations have increased the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided to clients.
