Areas of Expertise

Lynne Broza has nearly 30 years experience in public accounting. For ten of those years she owned her own practice until she merged with Cowan, Gunteski & Co., P.A. in September of 1999. Ms. Broza specializes in litigation support, business valuations and mediation. She is regularly appointed by Family Law Judges as an expert in the financial aspects of matrimonial litigation, as well as a mediator. She has also been retained as an expert in litigation matters including personal injury claims, shareholder disputes and estate valuations. Ms. Broza has testified in the courts of both New Jersey and New York, and has lectured for the NJSCPA, the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and other organizations.
