Deborah M. Cordivari, CPA, is a Manager in the Healthcare Services Group - Dental Consulting Division of Cowan, Gunteski & Co., P.A. She has focused her career on providing value-added services to dental practices that focus on their financial growth. Deb advises clients in areas of business entity selection, bank loan negotiations and financial reporting.

In addition, she works with clients on the preparation of corporate and individual financial statements and income tax returns. She has also been involved with A/R analyses, benchmarking studies, insurance plan profitability analyses, hygienist and assistant utilization/profitability studies and other services specifically designed to enhance dental practice profitability.

An expert in numerous accounting programs, Deb is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She is frequently called upon to assist dental clients with the efficient operation of their internal accounting systems and procedures.

A frequent speaker at universities and colleges throughout the state on career opportunities in the accounting profession, Deb has been published in New Jersey CPA, magazine of the NJSCPA. Her articles have also appeared in M.D. News, Dental Product Shopper and other professional publications.
