Areas of Expertise

Cynthia Lowe specializes in matrimonial accounting, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), marital and business dissolution; business and estate valuation; shareholder disputes, fraud investigations, settlement negotiations, and expert witness testimony for matrimonial and civil litigation matters.

Working almost exclusively with attorneys, Ms. Lowe provides forensic accounting, litigation support and valuation services to help attorneys make the best decision for the situation under consideration. She has a strong reputation in the legal community as an expert in helping attorneys find a fair and equitable settlement for their client. Ms. Lowe is frequently asked to assist counsel in the resolution of matrimonial cases though mediation.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Ms. Lowe worked for twenty years in both private and public practice. She has extensive experience accounting and taxation, as well as management of accounting departments.

Education and Credentials

• Merrimack College cum laude graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
• Approved to the Roster of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Law Cases by the Administrative Office of Courts for the State of New Jersey
• Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the AICPA
• Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) designation from the AICPA
• American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
• New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA)
