Christian T. Koerner has more than 30 years of experience in both private and public accounting. One of the founding partners of Woolston, Koerner & Co., LLC, a premier certified public accounting and consulting firm serving the tri-state area, Mr. Koerner joined Cowan, Gunteski & Co., P.A. as a Shareholder when their firms merged in 2009.

With his depth and breadth of experience, Mr. Koerner has assisted clients in meeting their goals in the automobile dealership, construction, engineering, insurance, manufacturing, moving and storage, and proprietary school industries. His areas of expertise include accounting and auditing; budgeting; business planning; management consulting; contract negotiations; tax and estate planning, research and compliance; and personal financial planning. He has also assisted clients with retirement plans, student financial aid compliance, and a wealth of management advisory services. A frequent public speaker, Mr. Koerner presents educational seminars on updates to tax laws and government regulations.
