Charles T. Woolston, Shareholder, has more than 30 years of public accounting experience. His extensive background has given him a broad range of service and industry knowledge with corporations, partnerships and individuals. Before joining the firm, Mr. Woolston was managing partner of Woolston, Koerner & Co., LLC, a premier certified public accounting and consulting firm he cofounded with Christian T. Koerner in 1996, which merged with Cowan, Gunteski & Co., P.A. in 2009.

Mr. Woolston has assisted clients in the areas of business management; estate and retirement planning; executive financial counseling; investment planning and counseling; strategic planning; and tax law, compliance, planning and research. He is an experienced presenter on topics related to tax issues and career opportunities in accounting. Mr. Woolston is also highly qualified to prepare court-ordered reports and serve as an expert witness in tax and accounting matters.
