Cowan, Gunteski & Co.'s proactive involvement not only with clients but also with charitable and community organizations has made it stand out from the competition.  We are proud of our reputation in the business community and the many awards we've won for being a firm with high charitable, ethical standards and a great place to work. 

Community involvement and service is encouraged and we support with volunteer time and financial resources the United Way of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, Holiday Express, the Cystic Fibrosis Family Fund through the Casey Coyle Memorial Fund, as well as many other worthy causes, such as Girl Scouts, FoodBank, the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society (ACS).  We, especially our young professionals, have participated whole-heartedly in many ACS fundraising events, including Relay for Life, annual galas, and casino and bowling nights.  The firm also contributes to many other community and educational organizations.  

The unique character of our small-company environment enables team members to share common interests and enjoy after-work activities, such as movies, bowling, sporting events with each other and other young professionals.

Our credo, "we make the difference," also reflects the ideal that the difference comes from the quality of the individuals who comprise our team and the effort we put forth in all aspects of our lives.
